3.7 система менеджмента качества органа местного самоуправления (quality management system of the local government): Совокупность взаимосвязанных и взаимодействующих элементов, позволяющих органу местного самоуправления устанавливать политику и цели в области качества и обеспечивающих достижение этих целей.
(Определение составлено на основе определений 3.2.1, 3.2.2 и 3.2.3 ИСО 9000.)
1 Эти элементы обычно включают в себя аппаратные средства, программное обеспечение (методы и процедуры) и человеческие ресурсы, необходимые для обеспечения результативности рабочих процессов органа местного самоуправления (3.4).
2 Цели, относящиеся к качеству, должны включать в себя требования к органу местного самоуправления (3.3).
